I'm not unsociable or anything, but I do enjoy the freedom of meeting friends at the shows rather than making all sorts of arrangements. In the end, I'm going because I want to see something, same as I would if nobody wanted to come to see a film I like.

Hey I was there at Glastonbury '95 and, hey yeah to that pink cat suit n Jarvis Cocker.

As a grass roots live music promoter, I hope that our shows are also good fun for solo adventurers and we begin the evening with a social (sharing of fruit, cakes, flyers etc) in case anybody fancies a mingle. Lots of new gig/band mates have been made that way too.

In the end, we're all in the festival/gig together so unless you're a solo artist that not even one person has come to see and even the bar person has gone outside for a fag, then nobody is really on their own (?)

Best regards.Rocklands ArtBeathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08128455315505311803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8010923635709588318.post-37487923193608460682016-01-07T14:37:22.731+00:002016-01-07T14:37:22.731+00:00Interesting post. Whenever I plan to go with someone else, I realise how complicated it can all become :D Am quite a loner though but still don't want to miss these experiences. Klausnoreply@blogger.com
